
Search
Snazzy Contacts provides a powerful and intelligent search capability. You can create any kind of searches and save them for later and use them for your outgoing integrations.

Search terms
You can build your search terms by typing them in the search box at the top. Every field and the notes are searchable.
Explicitly define search fields
You can explicitly define the search fields you want to search into by typing the name of the field and a colon and then the search term.
Connect fields for a search
You can connect different fields for a search by typing the field name and the search term. Then press the space bar and type OR and/or AND in capital letters and press space and type the next field name.
Delete Search Results
You can delete more than one entry at once by searching for contacts with common criterias. In the search result list you can click on delete and then all the listed contacts will be removed from your database.

Save a Search for later use
After you started your search you can save the search by clicking “Save Search” and enter a name for the search.

You will find your saved searches under “Saved Searches” in the main menu.

Here you will see your own search lists and the saved searches from other users.
Export Search Results
You can export your search results in Excel, vCard or CSV. Just go to the “Saved Searches” in the main menu and click on the download symbol.

The different export formats will appear. Choose the format you like and then the download file will be created.
Use Search Results for Outbound Integrations
You can use the search results for your outbound integrations. If you define a new outbound integration you will be asked, if you want to use a saved search. This defines, which data will be used for your outbound integrations.
