
Adding your first person
If you want to add a person (e.g. colleague, customer) into Snazzy Contacts just click on the add button on the lower right side and chose “Add Person” from the menu.

Enter the name of the person
At first, you have to enter the first name and the last name of the person. If you wish to have a photo of the contact, just click on the image icon and enter the web address of the photo.
Click on the green check to move on with the address and the contact data.
Give the new person a category
By giving your contacts one or more categories it will be easier for you to retrieve them from your contact database.
Just click on the plus icon at the category level and select a category. To save the category you will need to click on the green check. After this, you will see the category in a new chip. If you want to remove it, just click on the X in this chip.
Enter contact data
Snazzy Contacts can store an infinite number of contact data (e. g. multiple email addresses, phone numbers etc.).
You can add or edit contact data by clicking on the stencil at right side.

Enter the contact data and click on the green check. The new contact data will be shown immediately.
Enter address data
Snazzy Contacts can store multiple addresses for a contact. You also can add a category to the address.
You can add or edit address data by clicking on the stencil at right side.

To save the address data please click on the green check.
Enter additional information
You can enter additional information, like birthday or nickname or a title.
You can add or edit additional information by clicking on the stencil at right side.

Save your new entry
Finally you have to save your new entry by clicking the big green check at the top of screen.
