Relations
We all know everyone around six corners. Managing relationships is mission critical for everyone in business, but also in private life. With Snazzy Contacts you can strengthen up your weak ties and build powerful networks.
But relations in Snazzy Contacts are more than just a connection of some entities. You can manage different contexts of person by connecting a person to one or more organizations. With this feature you can have for example different contact datas for a person in different contexts.
The relation network

To see the relation network of an entry, no matter if person or organization, you have click on a contact in your contact list.
In the section “Relationships” you see a graphical representation of the network of the current entry. The person or the organization is in middle. On the left side you see other persons or organizations which have a relation to this person or organization. On the right side you see other persons org organizations to which this entry has a relation.
If there are three or more connections of one kind, then Snazzy Contact clusters this connections. If you click on this cluster, you will see all the connections.
Contact Data by Context
You can connect a person to an organization and then you can manage different contact datas for this person within the different connections.
You can switch the context by clicking on the tab named with the context.

In the example above you see the contact data of this person in the context “Own”. Here you can store for example the private contact data and private address of this person.

In the other context of this person you see the contact data in the context of the connected organization. This person is an employee of this organization.
If you edit the person you can switch between the contexts and if you then input contact or address data this will be stored in the specified context.
