The Dashboard to your Contacts

The Dashboard is the starting point to your contacts. Here you can see what is happening in your contact database.

Last visited

Here you see the last entries you opened in your database. The most recent is at the top, so you have your last contacts in fast access.

Quickly improve your database

Once a day your database will be scanned by Snazzy Contacts for duplicates and possible relations. If some are found, you will see it here. By clicking on the link you can see the possible duplicates and relations so you can merge the duplicates or build new relations in your contacts.

Incomplete Entries

Here you will see how much persons or organizations in your database are without proper contact data. If you click on “complete data now” you will see a full list from which you can edit your entries.

Quick Import

Just drag & drop a vCard or Excel-File for importing new data.

Recent Activities

In this chart you will see how much new data was stored in your database.

Premium

If you want to store more than 1000 entries in your database you have to book a premium account of Snazzy Contacts.

Active Integrations

Here you see your running integrations and how much data the integrations passed through. If you click on “manage integrations” you can start and stop your integrations.

Journal of changes

In the Journal of Changes you will see the recent alterations of data. You can expand the view, if you click on the plus symbol. If you click on one of the entries you will get there.

Edit the dashboard

You can edit the dashboard by yourself by clicking on the edit button at the bottom. Just drag and drop the widgets and save your alterations.
