Import your Data

The import of data is dead easy. Anyone can do that. Just click on “Import & Export” in the main menu and choose your preferred way to import your data.

CSV

CSV is the plain text format, in which most of the other systems can export data. It’s a little bit tricky, because you have to deal with the right delimiter and you have to be careful with the data fields.

Excel

You maintain your mailing tables in several ways and different Excel spreadsheets? With the Excel import for Snazzy Contacts you can import in one go your contacts. This is a very simple thing to do. We suggest you to copy your CSV-Data first into an Excel Spreadsheet and then import the data.

vCard

Import your data from different sources. vCard is the most common way to exchange address data. If you want to transfer the data from Snazzy Contacts to other sources you can do this also via vCard.

Google Contacts

Import your contacts via Google Contacts, and work with your favorites with just a few clicks.

Microsoft Office

You can import your contact data from Office 365 within a few clicks.

Wice CRM

Wice CRM is our own fully blown CRM suite. With Snazzy Contacts you can import your contact data from Wice CRM.
