Relation Suggestions

Snazzy Contacts can give you relation suggestions based on a clever matrix of common characteristics. For example Snazzy Contacts is able to identify colleagues.

Once a day Snazzy Contacts will scan through your contacts and identify possible contacts which could be connected.

Building the relation network

If you click on “Relation Suggestions” in the main menu you will see a list of possible relations.

If you put your mouse over the information icon, you will see why Snazzy Contacts thinks this could be a relation.

Define Type of Relation

If you wish to connect two entries, you have to define the type of relation with the drop down. The relation types are defined in the section “Relations” in the main menu.

You can switch the direction of the relation by clicking on the arrows under the relation type definition.

Save Relation

If you want to save the relation, you have to click on the check next to the relation and confirm the changes at the top of the screen.

Ignore Relation

If you don’t want that a relation shown again, you can click on the X next to the relation and confirm the changes at the top.
