Snazzy Contacts Integrations

With the Snazzy Contacts Integrations you can build your own data pipeline as a service. The fully managed data pipeline solution helps you to replicate all customer contacts in detail. With the ever growing catalogue of data connectors you can gain instant access to any data source or system or push the data to other systems.
Inbound and Outbound integrations
We distinguish between inbound and outbound integrations. With an inbound integration you can get data from the source. With the outbound integration you can push data to a specified target.
Using Saved Searches for Outbound Integrations
You can use your “Saved Searches” your outbound integrations. Which means, that you can define a search, save this under “Saved Searches” and use this search for your outbound integrations. This means, that every entry with the defined search criterias is used for the outbound integration and Snazzy Contacts will pass it to the external application.
Using Categories for Inbound Integrations
You can use the categories for your inbound integrations. Which means, that every new entry, which comes through the inbound integration will have the specified category in Snazzy Contacts.
Example Integration
In the next steps we will start an inbound integration from Microsoft 365.
Start an Inbound Integration from Microsoft 365
After you clicked on “Integrations” in the main menu you will see the catalogue of our integrations. Here you will find the “Microsoft Inbound Integration”. This integration will fetch your contacts from Microsoft 365. The People app is widely integrated across Microsoft’s Office 365. This integration transfers all the contacts in the People App to Snazzy Contacts.
After you selected the Microsoft Inbound Integration click on “Create Integration”. You will need an account at Microsoft 365.
Authenticate at Microsoft 365
To start the first step you have to click on “Authenticate with provider”. This will start the “OAuth Process” at Microsoft 365. Now you will see a dialogue from Microsoft where you have to enter your login data. If you did this properly, Microsoft will send a token to Snazzy Contacts which will authenticate your account.
Start the integration
After you authenticated your account you can start the integration. Now Microsoft 365 will push your contacts to Snazzy Contacts. Just have a look in your contact list after some time and you will see new contacts from Microsoft 365.
